Welcome to Utah AHEC (Area Health Education Centers)
OUR MISSION: To improve access to health care through education.
Utah AHEC:
- Introduces youth to health care careers;
- Supports clinical training experiences for students who are pursuing health professions degrees;
- Supports existing health care professionals via continuing education.
The ultimate goal of Utah AHEC is to help eliminate the shortages of health care professionals in rural and other medically underserved communities.
