INTRODUCTION TO HEALTH CAREERS
Inviting junior high and high school students to explore careers expands their
awareness of future occupational options. Through activities such as health career fairs, students gain insight about classes and activities that would help them prepare for college and a degree in
a health profession. Ideally, these students will return to their hometowns once they have completed their education.
